One character from my personal Project---- Karma
The Astrologer is the second experiment created by the Imperial family to replace Grandmother. He claims to be all-knowing and goes by that title, but the truth is that he manipulates his vassal states to offer the heads of their most knowledgeable person. He then declares that these wise people will serve the empire and all its subjects forever. The heads of these wise men are turned into books, which are displayed in his library, known as the Hall of Valor.
